The Brief
Konstruktive Bulgaria is just that — a construction company in Bulgaria. They carry out the complete range of services for real estate such as investment design, project documentation management, commissioning of the construction sites and other. One of their latest projects TERRA ESTETICA will be located in Boyana — a neighborhood situated on the outskirts of Sofia, very close to Vitosha mountain. Sounds great, right?
But how do you sell luxurious apartments situated when they aren’t built yet?
Here’s what we did.
Insight and idea
Home is more than a couple of rooms and a couch. Home is also made up of everything that surrounds us — like the sound of birds chirping when you open the window. These are all moments that can only be felt, right? So let’s make people feel them.
We collected some tree branches, some soil, leaves from Vitosha’s nature and we sent them all the way to a laboratory in France. There they were made into a special perfume — the scent of living in TERRA ESTETICA.
We made special boxes for every single one of our potential buyers — C’ level position people.
We also created an online video for TERRA ESTETICA to show people what the word home really means.
The online video got close to 170, 000 views and over 90 people appreciated it enough to share it. The word definitely got out.
The results were very good, to say the least. Apartments in the complex were selling like hotcakes with more than half of all them being sold way before the construction.
This is how we made sure Konstruktive’s TERRA ESTETICA was noticed.
Because home is not a place, it’s a feeling.
